We are a busy general practice located in Howick, Auckland. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our team.
The role requires solid experience in all areas of Commercial Law including, Sale and Purchase of Businesses and Commercial Premises, Commercial Leases, Franchise Agreements, Employment Agreements and Shareholder Agreements.
We anticipate that you would have 10+ years New Zealand PQE. You will be experienced in dealing with clients, able to work autonomously and manage a heavy workload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a confident and professional approach.
The successful applicant will:

- Have excellent time management skills; and
- Be able to communicate in plain language and use common sense to provide practical solutions tailored to our client’s specific needs.
