Fencible Law is a well-established practise in Howick, Auckland. We have a large client base representing local businesses, trusts, families, and individuals.

For many years we have referred a significant amount of court work to barristers or other law firms that employ litigation lawyers. The time has arrived for our firm to provide litigation services to our extensive database. 

This is a newly establish role providing a fantastic opportunity for a general court lawyer. You will head this part of the firm and will be rewarded accordingly. You will have the ability to shape the role along the lines that you would like so long as great service is provided to our clients. This is a general litigation role which will be supported by our preferred barristers if a particular case warrants barrister assistance.

Ideally, the successful applicant will:

  • Have had experience in family, commercial, estates, and employment law,
  • Be proactive and motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic,
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, 
  • Be confident, with a professional approach,
  • Be able to work both collaboratively and independently,
  • Have excellent time management skills,
  • Be able to communicate in plain language and use common sense to provide practical solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs, and
  • Be outgoing and community-minded.
