We are a busy general practice located in Howick.

We are looking for a friendly, efficient person, with a sense of humour, to carry out all legal secretarial work.  This position will be full-time from 8.30am to 5.00pm, however additional hours may be required to get through the workload.  The successful applicant will have had at least 5 years’ experience as a legal secretary with conveyancing experience being essential.

It is essential that you can time manage and prioritise your work as this position involves a variety of tasks for up to three authors.  The role requires someone who is organised, prepared to use their initiative, can learn quickly and is prepared to take on new tasks.

We are a small team, it is therefore essential that you are a team player with a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.

A salary commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
